Hematopathology Case

 

CLINICAL INFORMATION

  A 65-year-old female had a history of breast cancer. She recently presented with fever and symptoms of pneumonia, and CBC showed leukopenia. A bone marrow biopsy was performed at an outside institution. The patient was then transferred to City of Hope for treatment of the marrow disease diagnosed by the outside institution. The bone marrow biopsy was revealed at COH.
