Clinical information:

 

A 64-year-old female had no significant past medical history. Several month ago she presented with fatigue, SOB and malaise.

CBC:

   WBC 1.7 x 109/L

   RBC  3.28 x 1012/L

   Hgb   11.0 g/dL

   Hct    33.3%

   MCV 101.5 fL

   Plt 168 x109/L

Diff:

   Segs 37%

   Lymphocytes 48%

   Metamyelocytes 2%

   Myelocytes 1%

   Mono 7%

   Blasts 5%
