Hematopathology Case

Clinical information:

 

A 35-year-old male had pancytopenia. WBC 0.7K with 6% circulating blast; HGB 7.5g; platelet 75K. Occasional blasts in the peripheral blood showed Auer rods. A bone marrow biopsy was performed.
