  • Flow cytometric analysis: A population of atypical T-cells is detected, accounting for ~50% of all T-cells. The atypical T-cells are positive for  CD3, CD7, CD45 and gamma/delta TCR; and they are negative for CD2, CD4, CD5, CD8, CD56, CD57, and alpha/beta TCR.

  • IHC: A subset of atypical T-cells is detected, positive for CD3 but negative for CD5, with a sinusoidal infiltrative pattern.

  • Diagnosis: Bone marrow with infiltration by hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma (HSTCL)
