Hematopathology Case

Clinical information:

 

A 54-year-old male had an enlarged left inguinal lymph node for 6-7 months. The node was excised and measured 8.4 cm x 3.2 cm x 4.6 cm grossly.

The vast majority of the node show diffuse infiltration by medium to large lymphocytes as shown below:

Focally there scattered and loose clusters of large atypical cells.
