Surgical Pathology Case

Clinical Information
  A 64-year-old male had a left renal cell carcinoma in 2000. He presented with a 3 cm mass within the superior pole of right kidney in 2006.
Gross Description
 

The partial nephrectomy specimen contained a brown-yellow mass. The tumor was well circumscribed and measured 3.5 3.0 2.5 cm. The cut surface was brown-yellow with a central scar.
