Esthesioneuroblastoma (Olfactory Neuroblastoma)

  • Lobular or nested, prominent microvasculature, round blue cells, minimal pleomorphism, Homer Wright rosettes, neuropil present

  • Tumor cells positive for synaptophysin and chromogranin A, but CK negative or focally positive

  • Sustentacular cells positive for S100+ in ,

  • Good prognosis if confined to nasal cavity

  • DDX: SNUC, CK diffusely positive
