Surgical Pathology Case
 

CLINICAL INFORMATION

 

A 62-year-old male presented with increasing shortness of breath above his baseline. CT of the chest was done for possible pulmonary embolism which showed a large right upper lobe mass concerning for bronchogenic carcinoma. The mass in the right upper lobe measured 4.5 x 4.2 cm.

GROSS DESCRIPTION
