CK-19 and HBME immunostains show no evidence of papillary carcinoma.
CD-31, and Factor VII immunostains show no evidence of vascular invasion.
Ki-67 immunostain shows 5-8% tumor cells with nuclear positivity.

Diagnosis: Follicular adenoma of thyroid
