the fingers and hands;

Circumscribed, firm, elevated papules with papillomatous/verrusous
surfaces;

HPV-1, 2, 4, 7, and 49;

Histopathology: Hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, papillomatosis;
Elongated rete ridges, bent inward at both margins, radically
point to the center; Vacuolated cells/koilocytotic cells,
vertical tiers of parakeratotic cels, and foci of clumped
keratohyaline granules.
