Chrondrodermatitis nodularis helicis chronica

   
  Micro:  Acanthosis, epidermal ulceration, central fibrinoid necrosis, granulation tissue, degenerated cartilage.

Comment: Single, painful nodule or ulcer on the helix or antihelix of man aged over 50.  Degenerated cartilage

 is not required for the diagnosis
