Psoriasis vulgaris

 

Micro:

  • Hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis, acute neutrophilic keratitis (Munro’s microabscess);

  • Hypogranulosis, acanthosis with round or square-shaped rete ridges;

  • Suprapapillary thinning of epidermis;

  • Neovascularization of dermal papillae (Remember Auspitz’s sign? removal of scale  shows blood droplets).
