Pseudogranular cell tumor of the skin

Immunostains: Tumor cells positive for CD34, CD68, vimentin and negative for  S-100 protein, Melan A, HMB-45, Factor VIIA, pancytokeratin, desmin, SMA.

EM: Numerous cytoplasmic phagosome-like vesicles, rare mitochondria, no melanosomes or dense core granules.
