| A 63-year-old man with a 20-year history of diabetes and peripheral vascular disease presented with a non-healing ulcer of left foot. He underwent amputation of several toes for dry gangrene in the past.There was a hyperkeratotic,and focally ulcerated lesion on the plantar surface that was debrided several times.The lesion grew much larger. A distal amputation of the foot was performed. | ||
