INVASIVE MODERATELY DIFFERENTIATED SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA WITH FOCAL PAGETOID FEATURES The squamous cell carcinoma shows focal areas with scattered malignant cells with clear cytoplasm weakly positive for mucin, predominantly arranged around the intraepidermal portion of hair follicles and sweat glands, suggestive of pagetoid differentiation from intraepidermal portion of the sweat glands. However these cells are negative for CK7, CK20, AR, CEA, and S100. |
