A family physician's response to Dr. Sarma's review: "I enjoyed your article on well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma , keratoacanthoma type. Certainly as a family physician it has been vexing to me, and has depended on who was interpreting. I have heard it differentiated according to age and other means. The dermatologists want to remove them; the surgeon , depending on how busy they are ( if busy , we're told leave it as it will regress etc... ) Yours is a wise approach and one which shows consistency." |
