| A 48 year-old female has a vulvar lesion with ulceration for several months, and multiple medications cannot control this lesion. Grossly, two adjacent tan-pink ulcerations are present on the vulvar surface that measure 2.0 cm and 2.3 cm respectively in greatest dimension. The patient does not have past medical history of malignancy, and the systemic metastatic workup does not reveal the tumor beyond the vulva. | ||
