| CLINICAL INFORMATION | ||
| 54 year-old gentleman, had newly onset of myocardial infarction. A bypass was scheduled for this patient, and before the procedure a CBC with differentiation was ordered. The peripheral blood smear occasionally revealed some suspicious atypical cells. A STAT bone marrow biopsy and aspirate was performed thereafter. | ||
