| A 53 year-old male. Splenomegaly. | ||
| GROSS DESCRIPTION | ||
| The specimen consists of a spleen and distal portion of pancreas measuring 18.0 × 16.0 × 12.0 cm. The capsule of the spleen is grossly intact. The weight of the spleen is 1580 grams. Sectioning through the spleen reveals multiple nodules measuring from 0.5 to 5.5 cm in diameter. | ||
