Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, Anaplastic Type (CD30+) Lymph node is completely effaced by large anaplastic lymphoid cells with irregular nuclear contour, prominent nucleoli and moderate to abundant cytoplasm. There are scattered large multinucleated atypical cells with frequent mitotic figures and numerous apoptotic bodies. Scattered eosinophils are present in the background. The tumor cells are positive for CD20 and CD30, but negative for ALK-1, CD15, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8 and AE1/ AE3.
