| 47-year-old female had a history of mediastinal Castleman disease, hyaline vascular type, 11 years ago. She recently underwent excision of a large mass involving the mediastinum and right lung. | ||

| The specimen consists of multiple 3-6 cm portions of nodular tan soft tissue and weights 150 grams totally. | ||
