CLINICAL INFORMATION

 

A 65 years old gentleman had a significant pass medical history of chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. He recently presented with splenomegaly and lymphadenopathies. A splenectomy with lymph nodes dissection was performed. His most recent CBC:
