| A 61 years old male has a history of CREST syndrome. He recently presented to the ENT clinical with several enlarged lymph nodes in the right cervix. | ||

| The resected lymph node measures 1.0 × 0.8 × 0.7 cm with a homogenous pale-tan cut surface. (A small benign looking node) | ||
