Precursor T-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia

The patient had involvement of bone marrow and peripheral blood by the tumor cells.

Flow cytometry: low density for CD45, CD1, CD5, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD34, CD38, and CD56. Nuclear TdT also positive.

Cytogenetics: hypodiploid with multiple genetic abnormalities.
