| CLINICAL INFORMATION | ||
| A 63 years old male has a history of "CLL" for two years. He recently presented with dysphagia. A CT scan showed circumferential thickening of distal esophagus extending into the stomach. A biopsy of lesion from stomach was performed (hematopathology case# 104). The peripheral blood and spinal fluid were also involved by atypical lymphocytes. | ||
