Hematopathology Case

 

CLINICAL INFORMATION

  A 66 years old African American female was found to have a 3.2 3.0 cm right axillary lymph node during mammogram. She was otherwise healthy. A needle biopsy of this lymph node was inclusive with negative TCR gene rearrangement. The lymph node was stable and an excisional biopsy was performed 8 months later.
