Hematopathology Case

 

CLINICAL INFORMATION

  A 66 years old female had breast cancer. A mastectomy was performed with axillary lymph node dissection. Eighteen axillary lymph nodes were found, which were generally enlarged, from 0.4 cm to 1.8cm. Three lymph nodes also contained metastatic carcinoma. Most of the lymph nodes also showed the following features.
