Hodgkin Lymphoma Involving Bone Marrow
  • Hodgkin lymphoma involves bone marrow in 5-15% of cases

  • Characteristically by discrete, spacing-occupying lesions that often clearly demarcated from normal marrow

  • Mixed infiltration by small lymphocytes, histiocytes, plasma cells and eosinophils

  • Fibrosis almost always present
