Myelodysplastic Syndrome

  • The bone marrow biopsy shows marked trilineage dysplasia: hypogranular and abnormally lobated neutrophils, small and mononuclear megakaryocytes, and erythroid precursors with dyssynchronus maturation, megaloblastiod changes and irregular nuclear contours.
