Plasma Cell Myeloma
The marrow smears show
monotonous small lymphocytic or plasmacytic cells. The nuclei are
round and eccentric in some cells. The chromatin is condensed.
The trephine biopsy
shows sheets of small cells, which closely mimic lymphocytes and
don't show plasmacytoid features as seen on the smears.
