| 70 year-old, right lung mass | ||
| Gross Description | ||
| The specimen consists of one lobectomy specimen measuring 13.0 x 9.0 x 4.0 cm. There is a mass under the pleural surface with some retraction of the pleura. Sectioning through the specimen reveals one peripheral nodule under the peripheral surface measuring 3.0 x 2.0 x 2.5 cm. The tumor is well demarcated. The cut surface is gray-tan and brown. The tumor is 2.5 cm from the lobar bronchus. | ||
