  RIGHT BREAST, LUMPECTOMY:
- Infiltrating ductal carcinoma, basaloid subtype, maximum tumor size, 1.5 cm.
- Histopathologic grade (MSBR): Intermediate, 2/3.
- All margins negative for malignancy; Distance from closest margin: 5mm.
- Lymphovascular invasion identified.
- Histopathologic stage (TNM): pT1c, pN0, pMX; stage I.
- Other findings:
     - Ductal hyperplasia without atypia.
     - Fibrocystic change.
     - Lymphocytic reaction is noted around the malignancy.
   
 
Immunohistochemistry Stains:
- ER-Negative
- PR-Negative
- Her2/Neu - Borderline
- Ki-67-Positive
- CK5/6-Focally positive
- CK14-Positive
- EGFR-Positive
Smooth muscle/myoepithelium markers:
- Actin, postive
- Caldesmon, weakly positive
- Desmin, focally positive
- Myogenin, weakly positive
- p63,focally weakly positive
- SMM, positive
- SMA, positive
HER2/neu is not amplified by FISH.
