| Gross Description | ||
|
| The specimen consists of a left radical orchiectomy that weighs 74 grams and measures 7.0 x 4.5 x 3.5 cm. Sectioning through the specimen reveals a single, orange, homogeneous, soft, well-circumscribed mass measuring 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm. There are no gross areas of hemorrhage or necrosis. | |
