The specimen consists of one testicle with epididymas and spermatic cord weighing 53.2 grams. The testicle measures 5.5 x 4.2 x 3.8 cm. The spermatic cord measures 5.5 x 2.0 x 1.2 cm. A nodular mass can be felt at the head of the epididymas measuring approxiamtely 2.0 cm in diameter. Sectioning through the specimen longitudinally reveals a dense white extra-testicular mass measuring 1.3 x 1.3 x 1.0 cm.
