| Clinical Information | ||
| A 76 year-old male with a history of asbestos exposure, tobacco abuse and CAD was initially admitted to the hospital with complaints of shortness of breath for the last month, with it increasing in the last 1-2 weeks. A chest CT demonstrated a large left sided pleural effusion. Patient underwent thoracentesis and approximately 1900 cc of old bloody fluid was removed. There was a questionable mass seen as well on the CT. A CT surgery consult was obtained and a biopsy was performed. | ||
