CLINICAL INFORMATION

  47 year-old female. Hysterectomy and ovary removal due to uterine leiomyoma and menorrhagia. An ovary nodule is incidentally identified.

GROSS DESCRIPTION

 

A well-defined solid nodule is identified in the right ovary that measures 1.7x1.2 cm with a white-tan cut surface.
