| GROSS DESCRIPTION | ||
| The specimen consists of a superficial parotidectomy specimen measuring 6.5 x 5.5 x 1.5 cm and weighing 23.8 grams. Upon sectioning through the specimen, a white well encapsulated nodule is noted measuring 1.0 x 0.5 x 0.5 cm in dimension. This nodule is located near the superior aspect and abuts the superficial-lateral margins. | ||
