LIVER, BIOPSY: - POORLY DIFFERENTIATED ADENOCARCINOMA WITH CLEAR CELL FEATURES - BILE DUCT HAMARTOMA AND HYPERPLASIA
The immunoprofile of this tumor shows CK7, EMA, CA19/9, and CK8/18 positive. The negative stains are RCC, PSA, CK20, CDX-2. The vimentin stain is non-contributory. The immunoprofile of this tumor strongly supports biliary ductal primary neoplasm but can not be separated from a pancreatic neoplasm. |
