| 55 year-old female, history of microhematuria. CT showed a 5.5× 3 ×3 cm mass in the lower pole of the left kidney. | ||
| GROSS DESCRIPTION | ||
| The 210 gram kidney contains a 5 ×4.2 ×2.4 cm mass in the renal cortex with extension into the perirenal fat. The cut surface of the tumor is granular yellow-tan with foci of hemorrhage and calcification. | ||
