CLINICAL INFORMATION

  75-year-old woman developed several ill-defined, red to violaceous patches with focal ulcerated nodules in the abdominal skin. One of the lesions was excised.

GROSS DESCRIPTION

 

The skin was indurated with foci of superficial hemorrhage, and there was thickening and expansion of the dermis by and ill-defined tumor.
