| 60-year-old male with two month history of abdominal pain. Radiograph showed a retroperitoneal cystic mass encasing the right kidney. | ||
| GROSS DESCRIPTION | ||
| The 1654 gram 29 × 16 × 8.0 cm composite resection specimen included the right kidney and a 15.5 × 15.0 × 6.5 cm partially necrotic gray-tan mass that invaded the lower pole of the kidney. | ||
