Surgical Pathology Case
 

CLINICAL INFORMATION

  A 63-year-old man with a smoking history was found to have a 3.0cm lung mass on imaging. There was no evidence of extra-pulmonary disease. A CT-guided FNA was inconclusive and a lobectomy was performed thereafter that revealed a 3.2 3.0 3.0 cm tumor.
