Surgical Pathology Case


  73-year-old female, vulvar lesion with excision.


  The specimen consists of one 9.5 4.5 0.7 cm vulvar excision, which includes the anterior commissure of labia majora, labium minus and labium majus. A 1.0 0.7 0.4 cm exophytic lesion is identified 1.5 cm below the anterior commissure of labia majora and 0.7 cm from the closest left lateral margi with a grey-tan rough surface. The surface of the right middle one-third of the specimen is rough with involvement of the right one-third medial margin.
