| 48-year-old male, right testicular mass. | ||
| GROSS DESCRIPTION | ||
| The 413 grams testicle specimen (14.0 × 7.5 × 7.5 cm) has a smooth, maroon and tan external surface with an unremarkable 5.0 × 1.5 spermatic cord. The specimen is bisected revealing a 8.0 × 7.0 × 7.0 cm light yellow and tan fleshy mass with multiple cysts and extensive necrosis. The largest cyst measures 2.0 × 1.5 ×1.0 cm. The tumor does not grossly extend into the tunica albuginea or epididymis. The remainder of the testicular parenchyma is red-tan. | ||
