High-grade osteosarcoma at the lower end of femur, osteoblastic-type.

  - Maximum tumor dimension: 9.0 cm

  - Tumor invades through cortical bone into adjacent soft tissue.

  - The tumor is predominantly osteoblastic-type; telengiectatic and rare chondroblastic foci also seen.

  - Mitotic count 6-8/10 HPF. Approximately 20% of tumor is necrotic.
