Diagnosis: Metastatic melanoma of unknown primary.

A thorough physical examination of this patient did not reveal any melanocytic lesion, including the eyes, feet and anus.

Personal notes:

Classic morphological features of melanoma: organoid pattern, epithelioid cells with pale-pink cytoplasm and a large central nucleolus, lack of marked tumor necrosis in the nest.

The primary tumor may be entirely regressed.
