|77-year-female, gallbladder lesion.|
The specimen consists of a stony hard gallbladder measuring 6.0 × 4.5 × 4.0 cm. Opening shows two yellow, round stones measuring 4.0 × 2.0 × 1.5 cm in aggregate. The mucosa shows yellow, cheesy material.
|Microscopic examination of the specimen shows chronic inflammation without evidence of atypia or malignancy.|
