CLINICAL INFORMATION

  78 years old male, skin lesion from right inner thigh.

GROSS DESCRIPTION

 

The specimen consists of a 17.5 9.0 1.7 cm resected skin ellipse. In the center of the skin there is a 7.0 6.5 cm brown-tan exophytic mass that is 2.5 cm high. On the section surface, the entire lesion is raised and restricted to the dermis without infiltration into the subcutaneous adipose tissue.
