| CLINICAL INFORMATION | ||
| A 63 years old male underwent a resection of a cystic lesion from the right neck. | ||
| GROSS DESCRIPTION | ||
| The specimen consists of a soft white/red mass measuring 7.0 x 4.2 x 4.0 cm. Upon opening, a large cystic structure measuring 4.4 x 4.0 x 4.0 cm is identified that st is filled with 50 cc of tan/yellow thick fluid. The interior surface of the cyst contains an irregular white/yellow accumulation of soft tissue adhering to the interior cyst wall. | ||
