CLINICAL INFORMATION

 

A 64 years old Caucasian male was diagnosed as follicular lymphoma of the right eye lid, grade II, two years ago. He recently noted to enlarged left parotid gland. An FNA showed atypical cells concerning for malignancy, but no evidence of lymphoma.  A left parotidectomy was performed.

GROSS DESCRIPTION

 

A 2.4 x 1.6 cm poorly demarcated mass was noted with a pale-pink sold section surface.
